What’s Unique About Pete’s Paleo?

Pete’s Paleo meals adhere strictly to paleo principles. This means that all ingredients (poultry, meat, and produce) are organic, pastured, grass-fed, and non-GMO. All meals are also 100% allergen free (gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, nuts).

While you may think that eating paleo meals means you have to compromise on taste, Pete’s Paleo chefs use different spices and cooking methods to create delicious, flavorful food. Produce is seasonal, which means that each 3-month period the veggies in your meals will change; but even with the same selection of veggies, the variety in Pete’s Paleo meals is so large that you can order meals every week for 3 months and only eat the same thing 3 times.

In addition to all the healthy stuff going on, a huge benefit of Pete’s Paleo meals is that they come pre-cooked, which means you can come home from work at 7pm, pop a meal into the oven or microwave and start eating at 7:15pm. No messy food prep, no clean up, just nutritious, tasty food.

How It Works

Pete’s Paleo is pretty simple: Place your order by Monday night and receive your food by Friday. In the interim, farmers deliver their produce to the Pete’s Paleo kitchen the same day that it’s harvested and chefs whip up your meals, which can keep for up to a week in your fridge.

If you’re not sure which meal plan to choose, you can start with the smallest (5 meals, meaning 1 meal per weekday). You can change or cancel your subscription at any time, so you don’t need to worry about long-term payments.

When you get your delivery, you’ll see your meals in bags that are labeled “Meal 1,” Meal 2,” etc. This makes it easy to grab a bag and take it with you to work or heat it up at home.

Meal Options

Weekly menus are posted on the Pete’ Paleo website; at this point, you don’t get to choose what meals you receive, though you can choose whether you want pork included as a protein option or if you prefer a vegetarian plan.

All meals are gluten, soy, dairy, egg, and nut-free, which means they consist of poultry/meat and 2 vegetable side dishes. Each meal comes with 5-5.5 ounces of protein and 8 ounces of veggies. All produce is organic and non-GMO, and meat is grass-fed and pasteurized.

Weekly plan options include: 5 meals, 10 meals, 14 meals, Family plan (5 meals/4 servings), and a vegetarian plan of 10 servings.

Pete’s Paleo also offers keto, AIP Friendly, and Low FODMAP options, but these must be ordered separately from the meal plans and are delivered frozen. Other products that can be ordered separately include Pete’s Paleo bacon and bone broth.
